This is a 1hr and 15min. class open to anyone interested in learning or reviewing the foundations of the Iyengar yoga tradition.

Classes are small (up to 8 students), so we encourage you to reserve your spot in advance.

WEDNESDAY from 3:00 Pm to 4:15 pm

This is a 1hr and 15min. class specially designed to support our senior students and anyone interested in understanding aging as a natural positive  process that has to be embrace with self awareness, grace and health. Join this class for mobility, coordination, strength, and lots of fun.
