WHAT IS IYENGAR YOGA?

Iyengar Yoga is based on the teachings of the Indian yoga master BKS Iyengar, author of many books including Light on Yoga. His method has been described as an innovative approach to classical Hatha yoga. Iyengar Yoga emphasizes alignment while developing strength, stamina, flexibility and balance.
